Mike Sheeley brings dedication, experience, and a strong work ethic to his role as Manager of Operations at Spartan Utility Services. Guided by the Golden Rule—treat others as you would like to be treated—he combines integrity with hands-on expertise to ensure the company operates smoothly and efficiently.

Since joining Spartan in November 2008, Mike has leveraged 15 years of experience with MCI Telecommunications and 25 years in the Joint-Use industry to drive operational excellence and deliver reliable, accurate solutions for clients.

A devoted father of three sons and grandfather to eleven grandchildren, Mike cherishes family above all else. When he’s not overseeing operations, he enjoys Little League and high school sports, hunting, fishing, and making lasting memories with loved ones.
